Come join us for a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a group environment trial workout at F45 Tanjong Katong with a fellow desistor coach, Adidah Shah! Lets sweat it out ladies and burn some fats!
HIIT is a form of interval training that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and periods of rest or lower intensity exercise. It’s known for its effectiveness in burning fat and boosting metabolism in a shorter timeframe than traditional cardio workouts.
